Cheap crap tires and owner is a so rude, asking price he stars yelling at you. one second one second, it’s time plan your retirement you are so slow and tires are not last longing 1-3 month boom they are all garbage

The owner was very nice and he made sure I was taken care of, even though it was predominantly Spanish speaking workers and I didn't speak Spanish. I would definitely go back, I also would recommend the business.

I went to Lafayette tire shop yesterday, 12/21/24, to fix my back driver-side tire. I arrived at 1:17 PM and didn’t leave until 4:45 PM. When it was my turn, I explained that I was there for the back driver-side tire. The technician told me that the two front tires were in bad condition. I agreed to replace the two front tires. Afterward, he only wanted to put air in the back tire. I insisted that they check it because I had already added air before, and it still went flat. He seemed upset but eventually took the tire off, brought it to the back, and returned within five minutes to put it back on. I paid $168 and was relieved to leave after more than four hours. Fast forward to today, 12/22/24, I went outside and found the back tire flat again. Thankfully I have roadside assistance who came and put my spare on. Unfortunately, the tire shop is closed today.

We came for two front tire. Waited for 35 minutes. Their store hours 8-6 and we were there from 5 till 6. They did not have the exactly pair of tires. They didnt say anything for 45 minutes. They told us that they only have one and we need to come next day. We said its okay and asked them to put our original tires back to our car. Than we checked, they already put one tire and other one was our old tires. We told them that we want to change both at the same time and asked them to put old tire back. They put a different really old tires on our vehicle. We spend time, we lost our old but decent tires, got old and damaged tires on our vehicle. We never had a KUMHO brand tire but they put a KUMHO (damaged and old) tire on our car. They have no respect to customer. They do whatever they want to do and not ask to customer before they do. Terrible job. We realized that after they close the shop. We were on our way back and our ride wasnt smooth, our car was pulling sideways. Here is there terrible job. Dont recommend your friends and family. Dont bring your business here please. We had to go and get a used tire since we no longer have that terrible tire and spend extra on our pocket.

Reasonable cost effective Marketplace to purchase and change tires. The management and staff are courteous, patient and professional in serving their customers and others. The office and work areas may not be as attractive as other Tire Marketplaces but that's part of life's challenges. This Marketplace is working very hard to improve on satisfying customer's time waiting, as they continue serving the communities/citizens.
